Welcome to PetCare. By using our mobile application and related services (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
To use the Service you must register an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activities performed under your account.
PetCare is a personal pet care tracking tool. It is not a medical service and does not replace professional veterinary advice. Always consult a qualified veterinarian for health decisions about your pet.

Data you add to the Service (pet names, photos, records, documents) remains your property. By providing it, you grant us a non-exclusive license to store and process it solely to provide the Service to you. We do not use your pet data for advertising or share it with third parties beyond what is necessary to operate the app.
Core PetCare features are free. A premium subscription with additional features may be offered in the future via in-app purchase. Subscription terms, pricing, and cancellation conditions will be described at the time of introduction. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective terms.
You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, with or without prior notice.
The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the Service will operate without interruption or errors. We are not responsible for missed reminders caused by technical failures, loss of network connectivity, or operating system restrictions on the user's device.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claims related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $0 if you used the free tier).
We may update these Terms. We will notify you of significant changes in the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your agreement to the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation shall be referred to competent courts of Ukraine.
